Book an assessmentWhat we offer
Most wellness advice arrives as a list of things you already know. Drink more water. Sleep more. Eat better. None of it is wrong, and almost none of it is useful, because it never begins with an honest look at what your week actually looks like.
Essential Life Insights was built on a different premise: that the most valuable thing anyone can offer you is an accurate picture of where you stand, and a capable person to interpret it with you.
The framework draws on current research in longevity and healthspan, the study of what keeps people functioning well for as long as possible, and translates it into the four areas where daily habits compound most reliably. The aim is the highest-leverage change available in the life you actually have, not the one a generic program assumes.
An AI-assisted tool structures and analyzes what you share, so nothing is missed and the patterns are legible. A trained coach works through it alongside you and interprets the findings with you in real time. The technology handles the analysis. A person handles the judgment.
The assessment
- Physician developed
- Complimentary
- 30 to 45 minutes
- One-on-one
The Holistic Wellness Assessment examines four pillars:
-
Nutrition
What a typical week actually looks like, not an idealized version of it.
-
Exercise
The movement that already fits your life, and the friction keeping the rest out.
-
Sleep and mindfulness
How well you recover, and how you manage the load that interferes with recovery.
-
Hydration
Consistently the most overlooked variable, and frequently the most immediately correctable.
Nothing obligates you to continue after the assessment, though one conversation is rarely where the value peaks. The usual shape is a check-in about two weeks later, and goals to work toward over the following ninety days. Recommendations sharpen as a coach comes to understand how you actually live, and progress holds better when someone is expecting to hear how it went.
Recommendations follow the findings, sequenced deliberately: behavior first. Frequently the entire recommendation is behavioral, with nothing to buy from anyone. Sometimes what you are already doing is working, and the right advice is to keep doing it. Both are real results, and your coach will say so plainly.
Your coach is not a medical professional, and the assessment is not medical care, a diagnosis, or a substitute for either. If anything you share warrants a conversation with your physician, your coach will say so directly and will not attempt to work around it.
Who you'll work with
Essential Life Insights is a collective of independent coaches. Each runs their own practice and owns their own client relationships. What they share is the method, the standards it is held to, and the events we run together.
No one conducts an assessment here until they have been through one themselves, been trained on the method, and worked alongside an experienced coach through enough sessions to run one well. That is why the assessment holds its shape no matter which coach you work with.
How this works
You should know how a recommendation is paid for before you decide what it is worth.
Our coaches are independent business owners. When a client purchases a product a coach has recommended, that coach may earn a commission on it. We would rather state that here than let you discover it later.
What keeps it honest is the order of operations. Findings come before recommendations, always. Nothing is bundled and nothing is required. Anything a coach suggests is available elsewhere, and you are welcome to buy it there. Coaches recommend the brands they personally use, and will tell you which ones and why. An assessment that ends with no product recommendation is a valid outcome, not a failed session.
If the arrangement gives you pause, take the assessment anyway. It costs nothing, and what you leave with is yours regardless of what you do next.
Why we do this
Most people are not short on health information. They are short on a reliable way to make sense of it. The result is a public constantly advised and rarely informed, and that gap quietly costs people years of feeling worse than they need to.
Health literacy is the part we think is worth fixing. Someone who understands why a change matters will make it and keep it. Someone who was simply told what to do will not.
So we are working toward a combination that rarely occurs together: rigorous science, technology capable of making it personal, and a human being who will both encourage you and hold you to it. Done well and done widely, that produces people who feel better, do better work, and have more to give the people around them. We think that compounds.
