Only what you choose to share with us.

When you reach out through the site or at an event, we collect your name and a way to reach you, plus anything optional you choose to add, like what brought you here, a specific coach you'd like to hear from, or a question. Beyond that, the only other information we gather is general site-visit analytics, covered in the next section, which does not identify you individually.

To get you in touch with a coach. That is the whole purpose.

We use what you share to respond to you, to schedule an assessment if you are booking one, and to connect you with a specific coach if you asked for one by name. That is the extent of it. We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build a profile of you, and we do not use it for anything other than the reason you gave it to us.

Stored in Cloudflare D1. Not sold. Not handed off.

Your submission is stored in Cloudflare D1, a database that lives entirely inside our own infrastructure. A copy is also sent to our team's inbox so a coach can respond quickly, since that is faster and more reliable than someone having to check a dashboard. We do not sell your information to anyone, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass it to a third party for their own purposes.

Visiting the site is tracked separately and far more lightly than the form. We use Cloudflare's cookieless analytics, which counts visits and general patterns without identifying you individually and without using cookies. There is no banner asking you to accept cookies here, because there are none to accept.

A spam check, not a tracker.

The form uses a standard, privacy-respecting check to confirm you are a person and not an automated script. It does not track you, does not follow you elsewhere, and exists only to keep the form usable for everyone who fills it out honestly.

Email us, and we will remove it.

If you would like your information deleted, email hello@essentiallifeinsights.com and let us know. We will remove anything tied to your submission from our records.

If how we collect or handle information changes, this page will change with it. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
