What to Expect
The straightforward rundown, before you decide anything.
How it gets scheduled
You reach out. A coach reaches out back, personally.
Send the short form on the home page, whether you are ready to book or still deciding. There is no calendar link and no automated booking system. A coach reads every submission and replies directly to find a time that works. If a coach or a friend sent you here, say so on the form and we will make sure you land with the right person.
What happens in the session
One conversation, four pillars, 30 to 45 minutes.
The assessment is one-on-one, complimentary, and unhurried. Your coach starts by understanding what you are actually trying to get out of feeling better, not by working down a clinical checklist. From there the conversation covers nutrition, exercise, sleep and mindfulness, and hydration, in the context of the week you actually have rather than the one a generic program assumes.
An AI-assisted tool structures what you share as you go, so nothing gets lost and nothing has to be repeated. Your coach stays in the conversation the whole time and interprets what comes up with you, in real time. The technology organizes. The person judges.
What you leave with
A written summary, not just a conversation you have to remember.
You leave the assessment with a written summary: your goals, specific suggestions, and next steps across all four pillars, and anything worth raising with your doctor if it came up along the way. Where a product or supplement is suggested, that reasoning is in the summary too, and you will have your own direct way to look it over, so nothing is only relayed to you secondhand and nothing has to be decided in the room. Where none is suggested, that is a real result too, and it goes in the summary just the same.
What happens after
An ongoing conversation, not a single appointment.
A complimentary follow-up appointment is typically scheduled for about two weeks out, to check on progress and answer anything that has come up since. From there, the two of you set goals for the following ninety days. None of this obligates you to continue. If the assessment was useful on its own and you would rather take it from here yourself, that is a legitimate outcome, not a lost customer.
What will not happen
No pressure, no diagnosis, no surprises.
This is not a sales pitch, and nothing is required of you afterward. Your coach is not a medical professional, and the assessment is not medical care, a diagnosis, or a substitute for either. If anything you share warrants a conversation with your physician, your coach will say so directly and will not attempt to work around it.
Coaches are independent business owners and may earn a commission on products they recommend. Findings always come before recommendations, and nothing is bundled or required. You will not be signed up for anything without being told first.
Ready when you are.
